Once you login to your Admin Control Panel, it's easy to browse all existing locations/records that are contained in your locations database.
On the navigation menu, click the link that says "Browse All" to bring up the browse list.
Browse List:
The 'Browse All List' is used for quick access to viewing all the records in your database. You may click the 'Edit', 'Delete' or 'View' link for any record to process that record. You may also use the 'Page' navigation link to switch result pages.
Hidden & Ranked Icons
You will notice 2 icons that are used in the 'Browse All List' next to a record's name. If an icon is shown, it is an indication that the record is either flagged as "Hidden" or has a "Rank Level"
Hidden Locations: If you see this icon, it represents a record is flagged as "Hidden". A "Hidden" record is not visible to your site visitors
Ranked Locations: If you see this icon, it represents that a record is a Ranked Location. The level of ranking will also be displayed on the heart, such as a 1, 2 or 3.
