If you wish to send out emails to your locations, you can use the Email Locations tool.
On the navigation menu, click the link that says "Email Locations" to bring up the Send Emails screen.

You can select which locations shall receive this email message by selecting a group from the list. Hold down the 'CTRL' button while clicking to select multiple groups.
The example above shows that we only want to send out emails to locations that are "Pending" and "Preferred". All other locations will not get the email.
Select All Locations to send email to all locations.
The email that is sent does not Carbon Copy to each locations. Each location that receives the email will get their own email.
Email Settings:
You can also customize the email that gets sent out. Enter your From and Reply To email addresses and the subject. Then you can choose to send out Plain Text or HTML style emails.
Inside the Email Message, you can type any message to your users. This message gets repeated for each location that receives the email. You can also type in custom placeholders inside the email message and your system will replace those placeholders with real data for each record. (placeholders highlighted in yellow above).
An example of using placeholders inside your message would be:
Typing in: Hello {email} inside the message.
The locator will replace the {email} placeholder with the actual email address that is on file for each location. It could then say; Hello bob@aol.com,
Click the 'Preview" button when you are finished with this screen. You will be taken to a 'Preview" page next.
Preview the Email:
The next screen is a preview of the email you are about to send. Review your message and when satisfied with your message, click the "Send Now" button to begin sending out emails. You can also click the "Go back and make changes" link if you need to modify your entries.
Email Results:
The next and final screen is a review screen that will display how many email were sent out and which groups received the emails.
