Purpose of Template:

The visitor_add.htm template will allow you to edit the form that you site visitors will see when they are adding a new location to your database.  You must have this feature turned on in your admin control panel before this form is accessible to your visitors.

Special Notes:

Most of the field properties are manageable from within the "Program Settings" tool of your admin control panel.  You can set which fields are required and which ones are hidden.  Your settings will then control how this Visitor Add form is presented to your users.

Feel free to type in side notes around your Visitor Add form, to help give your visitors direction on which information is needed to get their location added to your system.
