If you wish to add or edit your official zip codes, you can use the Zip Code Manager tool.
On the navigation menu, click the link that says "Zip Code Manger" to bring up the manager screen.
Add a new Zip Code:
If you wish to Add a new Zip Code to your existing zip code database, simply click the link that says "Click Here to Add"
Clicking this link will launch the "Add a Zip Code" form that will allow you to enter a new zip code and the latitude/longitude coordinates.
It is important that you enter the correct latitude and longitude coordinates for your zip code. Entering wrong coordinates will cause your locator to report inaccurate distances when this new zip code matches someone's results.
Edit an existing Zip Code:
To edit an existing zip code that is already contained in your database, all you need to do is enter that zip code into the search box. Click the "Search" button to locate the record details for your zip code you wish to edit:
Once you have clicked the "Search" button, the system will scan your zip code database and try to find a match. If a match is found, a small form will be displayed and it will allow you to make and changes and save them.
When you have finished making your changes, and you feel comfortable that your coordinates are correct, you may click the "Save Changes" button to save your changes to the database.
